Karyn M. Kruse

Karyn M. Kruse, 73, a lifelong resident of Kingston, passed away unexpectedly on June 13, 2021. Karyn was born in Kingston on May 19, 1948 to the late Theresa (Touey) and Robert T. Kruse. She was predeceased by her brother, Bobby. She was a graduate of West Side Central Catholic High School, Misericordia College and Marywood College. She was employed by United Penn Bank as well as Luzerne County Community College. Karyn was a prolific writer as well as an owner and lover of dogs, especially Bichon Frise. Karyn lived with her mother for several years and they were inseparable companions. Surviving are her sisters, Susanne Bavero, Lewisburg and Linda Stewart (Ralph), Ellicott City, MD; numerous nieces and nephews. Private funeral services will be held.
