Wanda M. Wojciechowska

Wanda Marie Wojciechowska, age 97, went home to God on Saturday, January 16, 2021. Wanda was the beloved daughter of the late George and Mary (Sency) Wojciechowski of Westbury, New York. Wanda, a former teacher and administrator, cherished fond memories from her teaching experiences, especially at the Visitation Academy, Brooklyn, New York, as well as at the Fishers Island School, Fishers Island, New York. A Mass of Christian burial will be offered in St. Ignatius Church, 339 N. Maple Ave, Kingston, PA on Monday, January 25, 2021. Interment will be in the parish cemetery, Pringle. Wanda was most appreciative of the care she received at the former St Therese Residence, now Allied Health Services. Many relatives, former pupils, and friends will long treasure her sense of humor, keen intellect, and loving spirit. In lieu of flowers, donations in Wanda’s memory may be made to Catholic Social Services, 33 E Northampton St, Wilkes-Barre, PA 18701.
